2D Shapes

Identify circles, squares, triangles and rectangles

What are 2D Shapes?

2D shapes are flat shapes that we see all around us. The main shapes we learn are: circle, square, triangle, and rectangle.
Example

Meet the Shapes

⭕ Circle — round like a ball or the sun, no corners ⬜ Square — 4 equal sides and 4 corners 🔺 Triangle — 3 sides and 3 corners 📐 Rectangle — like a stretched square, 4 corners, 2 long sides and 2 short sides
Note
