Physical Activity

Participate in physical activities and understand their benefits

Why Physical Activity Matters

Physical activity means moving your body through exercise, sport, or active play. It strengthens your heart, muscles, and bones. Being active also helps you concentrate at school, sleep better, and feel happier.

Types of Physical Activity

Team sports: soccer, netball, cricket, rugby. Individual activities: running, swimming, skipping rope. Fun activities: dancing, cycling, playing on the jungle gym. Try to be active for at least 60 minutes every day!
