What is Length?
Length tells us how long or short something is. We can compare objects to see which is longer, shorter, or the same length. We can also measure using our hands, feet, or blocks.

Remember
When we compare lengths, we line up objects at one end. The one that sticks out further is longer. We can use everyday objects like blocks, hands, or feet to measure how long things are.
