Healthy Food
Our bodies need healthy food to grow. Eat lots of fruits 🍎🍌, vegetables 🥕🥬, bread 🍞 and protein like eggs 🥚, beans and fish 🐟. Try not to eat too many sweets 🍭 and chips — they are treats, not everyday food!
