What Are Children's Rights?
Every child has rights. Rights are things you deserve just because you are a child. In South Africa, the Constitution says all children have the right to food, shelter, education, and to be safe from harm.

You have the right to go to school and learn. You have the right to eat food and drink clean water. You have the right to feel safe at home and at school. You have the right to play and rest.
