Eating Healthy Food
Healthy food gives our body energy to play, learn, and grow. We need different kinds of food: fruit and vegetables, bread and porridge, meat or beans, and milk. Drinking water keeps our body working well.

Healthy choices: an apple, pap and vegetables, brown bread, water. Unhealthy choices: too many sweets, chips every day, fizzy drinks. Try to eat more healthy food and have treats only sometimes.
