Goal Setting

Set realistic goals and plan to achieve them

Setting and Achieving Goals

A goal is something you want to achieve. Short-term goals can be reached in days or weeks, like finishing a book. Long-term goals take months or years, like doing well in your exams. Setting goals gives you direction and motivation.
Example

SMART Goals

Make goals SMART: Specific (clear), Measurable (you can track progress), Achievable (possible), Realistic (not too easy, not too hard), Time-bound (has a deadline). Example: 'I will read one book per month for the next three months.'
Note

Remember

Write your goals down and check your progress regularly. If you do not reach a goal, do not give up — adjust your plan and try again. Celebrate your achievements along the way!
