Now we add and subtract numbers with hundreds, tens and ones. We work column by column: start with the ones, then tens, then hundreds.
Example

Addition with 3 Digits

345 + 231 ----- Ones: 5 + 1 = 6 Tens: 4 + 3 = 7 Hundreds: 3 + 2 = 5 Answer: 576 ✅
Example

Subtraction with 3 Digits

678 − 234 ----- Ones: 8 − 4 = 4 Tens: 7 − 3 = 4 Hundreds: 6 − 2 = 4 Answer: 444 ✅

Line up the numbers carefully — ones under ones, tens under tens, hundreds under hundreds. Always start from the ones column!
